How soon do you ship orders, and where do you ship from?

Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours after payment is received, and we support shipping across all U.S. states. Most orders ship from California, Ohio, or Texas. For certain specialty products that require sourcing, the shipping origin may vary. For project-based custom production orders, products may also ship directly from our factory in China upon request.

Usually, yes. Products shown on our website are usually in stock. In some cases, a product may be temporarily unavailable due to a back order that has not yet been replenished, but in such situations, we can usually help identify a suitable replacement option. Our inventory and support also extend beyond what is featured online.

Warranty coverage may vary by product, but our standard warranty is 7 years, with some products covered for up to 10 years. For clearance or promotional items, if a specific warranty term is stated in the applicable quotation, sales order, invoice, or other sales documentation, that term will apply.

All our products carry UL and/or ETL certification, and are DLC listed. Some specialty products may also carry additional certifications or approvals, such as NSF or ABS type approval.
